- Spiritual direction is a way of recalling and reflecting on one's own relationship with God. The person seeking direction shares stories of their prayer life, their encounters with God, or how they are cultivating their spiritual life. The spiritual director helps them reflect on those experiences, prepare for deeper ones, and perhaps points out patterns that may have gone unnoticed.
- Spiritual direction meetings are typically monthly via Zoom, but could be more or less frequent, or targeted for a specific time period or issue that you would like to work through.
