RegistrationThe total cost is $667 (= $445 registration + $222 hotel). CCC will book the hotel for all participants. Registering through SEEK directly and paying the $50 deposit ensures you have a spot in our hotel block. Travel expenses to and from Columbus, OH are not included.
Participants will make their own travel arrangements to and from Columbus, OH. We encourage you to carpool.
Steps to Register:- Register through SEEK here by October 30, 2026 (prices will increase after this date). ONLY pay the $50 deposit. DO NOT pay the full registration total when you register.
- EMAIL your registration confirmation to Megan Wittmeyer at [email protected] to ensure you are included in our hotel block.
- Pay the $617 balance due directly to CCC by December 1, 2026 using the payment form below.
- If you intend to apply for financial aid, please contact Megan Wittmeyer for more information. Details on how to submit a reduced balance payment will be provided to those who apply and are eligible.
We encourage you to fundraise the cost of attending. The campus ministry staff will provide support to enable you to do so.
